How do I pick the right plan?

Starter fits brands launching a program on one channel (TikTok Shop or Shopify). Growth fits teams scaling outreach with AI discovery across two channels. Scale is the full engine: every channel and AI workflows. Enterprise adds a full Discord setup for creator relationships, prioritized marketplace listing, and a dedicated CSM for brands and agencies running programs at scale. Automated payouts in 140+ countries are included on every plan.
What are credits and how do they work?
Your plan covers the platform — channels, CRM, attribution, campaigns. Credits cover metered usage with real underlying cost: AI analysis, post downloads, SMS ($0.02/segment at 1.5× Twilio), and email notifications ($0.001 each at 1.5× SendGrid). Push notifications are free. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance sized so most teams never hit it. If you need more, buy a credit pack at any time without changing plans.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly included credits reset each billing cycle — they reflect the usage capacity your plan includes. Purchased credit packs don't expire while your subscription is active, so topping up mid-month is never wasted.
Why are plans and credits separate?
Two things happen at once: Growi runs your program, and Growi spends money on your behalf. The plan prices the platform — software features that don't cost more when you use them harder. Credits price the actions that carry real per-unit cost (AI compute, media processing, messaging). Keeping them separate means we never have to inflate plan prices to cover heavy usage by a minority of teams.
What are managed creators?
Managed creators are creators whose content Growi tracks across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Snapchat. The plan limit is for that content-tracking roster — not Shopify ambassadors or affiliates, which stay unlimited on every plan.
Is unlimited affiliates really unlimited?
Yes. Growi never charges per affiliate, per Shopify ambassador, per creator seat, or per campaign on any plan. Plans meter managed creators (content tracking across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Snapchat) and outreach volume — never the size of your affiliate or ambassador program.
What counts as outreach?
Outreach is messaging creators through TikTok Shop (creator database + platform messaging), Gmail, or Outlook. Juno AI can find creators on TikTok and Instagram and send through those channels — Juno discovery is included on Growth and above. Message volume is metered on Starter (10,000/mo) and unlimited on Growth and Scale.
How does the Shopify revenue-share option work?
On Starter you can choose how to pay for the Shopify channel: keep the flat $299/month and add 3% of Growi-attributed affiliate revenue, or pay a flat channel attach fee with 0% revenue share. Growth and Scale plans never include a revenue share — the percentage option exists only to lower the entry price for new programs.
How does Talent Marketplace pricing work?
Every plan includes marketplace hiring: Starter 6 hires/mo, Growth 18, Scale 52, and Enterprise unlimited. A 10% creator fee applies at hire, paid by the creator side. Marketplace hiring never replaces your platform plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate against your current period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Credit packs you've purchased stay with your workspace.
